Will commence with research on:

* Social Demographics; Supply/Demand of residential beds in the immediate catchment area;

and will conclude with the preparation of a feasability study. 

* Local Government Development Plans;

and will continue with the preparation of a planning application for presentation to the Local Government Planning Authority.

 * A five year business plan to include a financial projection and marketing plan will be prepard for presentation to Financial Institutions

Finally, an Operational Plan for Nursing Homes incorporating a statement of all policies required under the Health Act 2007, an analysis of training needs, and a training schedule of personnel in the Nursing Home to achieve the objectives of the policy statement.
